the day i ate the world's greatest grilled cheese. that also happened to be the world's BIGGEST grilled cheese. i mean it was just a day of shattering world records.
i gotta admit, sometimes as a vegetarian i feel like i get the shaft when it comes to food in restaurants.. girlfraands gotta eat. i don't want just a piece of lettuce with a walnut on top! and Noshville agrees with me!
ENTER THE TRIPLE DECKER GRILLED CHEESE SANNNWICH! complete with tomatoes, 3 cheeses, and hearty wheat bread! {sooo much bread!}
veggies? check!
protein? CHEESE IS THE GREATEST PROTEIN THERE IS!
whole graaaain? only 10 slices of it!
veggies again? oh yeah thats right.. tomatoes and POTATOES! believe it.
i'll say it again.. the food pyramid needs to be updated! and i need to head this revolution!
we keep it classy up in hurrr with styrofoam dinnerware imported from egyptian tombs...{lahhisten i know i know.. i just shortened mother earth's life by 5 years.. i won't turn on any lights in my house today to make up for it.. but just look at that CHEESE!}
yup, i'll never forget the day i ate the grilled cheese sandwich that was so good its probably illegal in 40 states. {i only dream about it every night.}

ReplyDeletethere is a bar here that has an awesome menu (but prob not for vegs') and it's a hamburger with grilled cheese buns. james can't even eat it all- and that's saying a lot! ha :)
ReplyDeleteummm holy cow to that cheese sandwich!!!! woah. that makes my grilled cheese i ate last night look like poo! i just slapped an american slice of cheese between two pieces of bread and put it on the skillet. the one you had looks way better. :)
