SUNDAY ramblings: sister's sweet and daily EATS.

meet Emma. She is my most incredibly wonderful little sister. and she is one of my best friends. and when we get together.. we can be pretty goofy.

she is the world famous sister who gave

me my tub of hot wax.
so we were making our hands uber soft when..

"i have an idea.."

"uh oh" sister says.

"think fast."

and with that i decided that emma's nose needed to be soft as well.

and sister concured.

oh bless her heart.

some DELISH ruby red GRAPEFRUIT. {and guess what it was my dessert. sprinkled with a little splenda.. oh so good.} hooray for healthiness.

today i faced the sad fact that {after a month of what one could only call a most wonderful winter break..but more on that later} i leave this week back to school. i faced the awful truth that my long lazy days are over. but more importantly i faced the fact that i couldn't put off doing my laundry ANY longer. {ashamed to say that i actually bought socks at costco in efforts to postpone laundry last week}

so i finally asked myself the hard question:

"self, WHY is laundry such a tedious task for you!?"

"so you have another reason to shop. of course."

sometimes i like to use WAY too much laundry detergent because i feel like it makes my clothes cleaner. even though i know the dangers of this as i have seen FAR too many movies where the clueless man puts a quart of gain in the laundry... and POOF it's bubbles galore. LUCKILY, i've yet to have a soap disaster {knock on wood} but at the rate i'm going at now.. it won't be too long.
