elvis sammie.

PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA SANDWICH.
the kings favorite sandwich.
and in my TOP 5 favorite {a sandwich without cheese does not deserve to be first. that would be just wrong. sorry peebeeee!} but last night it was perfection.
JAM PACKED with bananas!
just the way i like it.
that's what i like to call a chelsea bite.
aka abandon on lady like eating manners and dig in!
and 5 mins later...
"thank you. thank you very much."
and to top it off? divine lemon cupcakes i just had to bake again. except this time i added yellow food coloring to the icing and put gold sprinkles on all the ones i gave away. saved this bad boy for myself.
now that is a delicious dinner! complete with jimmy fallon. {yes i stay up wait too late and sleep in too much. hence dinner being at 12am. whateves. "I'M AN ADULT"}

  3. don't hate me, but i can't stand a pb and banana sandwich. i know, i know, i'm like the one oddity in the world who doesn't like it. but, on the other hand, that cupcake!!! wow. i could've eaten that for dinner. just like last night... i went straight for dessert and enjoyed some homemade strawberry shortcake.

  4. I don't get sweetness on bread. I'm sure the banana sandwich was awesome, but the only swwet thing that should be on bread is jam. Or nutella.

    But the cupcake looks aweosme! I'm tempted to make some now...

  5. PB banana sandwiches are heavenly. i love drizzling honey on top then sticking them in the george foreman to make everything oozy, then proceeding to let half the sandwich ooze on my fingers.

  16. It's 7.55am here (the ONLY reason I am up this early is because I had to drop a friend off at the airport. I CAN HEAR BIRDS SINGING! It's weird). What's the point of this story? oh yeah.. a) I also like sleeping in; and b) I'm hungus-mcdungus (that means super hungry) and now I know EXACTLY what I'm going to have for breakfast. Thanks Chelsea (I'll be sure to eat mine with equally giant mouthfuls :-)

  18. this post caused this extremely random story to pop into my head...
    in my apartment complex my freshman year there was this boy, michael, from australia. in Australia they eat vegemite on sandwiches. (if you've never had it, it's as gross as it sounds). anyway, michael had never had a PB&J. he'd lived in the states for 8 months already...what?!? so, we made him a PB&J sandwich. he hated it.

    that's all. happy easter!
