grilled curdled-aged-milk sandwiches. why doesn't it sound as good that way? whatever it is. it's lunch. it's what's for dinner! it's one of my favorite sandwiches. and yesterday i think i may have made the grilled cheese of all grilled cheese sandwiches i've ever made! {i tried something new. so it's slightly less grilled per-say.. and more "paninied"}
spinach.
2 slices of swiss.
2 slices of provolone.
onions.
tomatoes.
2 slices of my fave whole wheat bread.
one bite and i'm no longer dreading that paper, or thinking about the combination of my dead ipod with the looming trip to the gym, the goose eggs currently residing in my bank account, and the split ends still screaming to be cut off my hair. no right now i'm in cheese heaven with joseph gordon-levitt with regina blasting and board games galore.
epic deliciousness.

p.s. notice some changes around here in the land of chelsea?! yes, after a stressful session where i almost pulled all my hair out {and i might have had a minor html breakdown. WHY!?? BLOGSPOT! WHY!?} i got some wonderful advice from some lovely ladies, and finally got 3 columns AND my very own button! HUZZAH! and if you would like to take it then forever cupcakes will fall from the sky and overdraft charges will be turned into summer dresses. {okay, so maybe not really but you'll be the bee's knees in my book!}
Can I get the recipe for those cupcakes? YUM.

3. i almost exploded when trying to get 3 columns. i am the biggest idiot on earth when it comes to html. they still need tweaking but i know it'll take me a good 5 HOURS to even make any difference soooo i'm putting it off.
