I've never been able to WHISTLE {with two fingers} and now i can!

it's that cool cat move that i've tried countless times and failed gloriously. i finally came to the conclusion that to be able to whistle with two fingers you must be either a 35+ slightly balding father at his kids soccer game or a champion dog sledder who commands his pack of Siberian Huskies with a simple whistle. {mush. mush. left! mush.}

i imagine effortlessly hailing a cab with a simple whistle. and cheering on my favorite sports team {?? does shaun white count?} and most importantly, when i'm working on a consruction site and this stud walks along i can let him know how i feel {oh wait...}

basically i turned to youtube to learn how to master the whistle. and the only way to document this really is through video {ahh!} i practiced all week.. and got the hang of it! its tricky and comes and goes so bare with me... oh and it's completely embarrassing. watch as i struggle and ultimately conquer!

p.s. it also can double as me being a walrus! {two birds. one stone.} thanks sara!

  4. Haha, I know what you mean. You see people do it in movies, or, as you said, some balding man who's mastered the skill during a sporting event, and I have always wondered how they do it.

    Congrats on getting it, and here's to hoping you're able to do it flawlessly and, if there such a career in it, professionally. ;)

  12. Hahaha! If you're in the city and needing a cab, you should probably start whistling five or so minutes before you actually need it!! Priceless stuff Miss G. Congratulations!

  20. I can't tell if I'm the first male to comment on this post or not but I must say that this is probably one of the most adorable videos I've ever seen. It's right up there with "he bit me charlie!" and "is this real life?" I have to admit that I've never been able to whistle in my life. So maybe I'll make a follow up vid. But I don't know if I can pull off that walrus face the way you did.
